Shaunavon’s Hannah MacNeil is the newest Saskatchewan based member of the PGA of Canada.
The now-professional passed her playability test on June 27 at The Legends in Warman.
A two-time Team Saskatchewan competitor at the junior women’s level, MacNeil stepped away from competitive golf. Once in Saskatoon for university she started working at The Willows Club, her passion for the game was renewed and she is now the fifth woman professional based in the province.
You can hear from MacNeil in her interview with Golf Saskatchewan’s Clark Stork as she discusses the start of her career in Shaunavon, junior opportunities as well as a message for young girls on the fence about playing in tournaments.
